Return & Exchange

Xplozer.com is dedicated to serving our customers and meeting their needs. If a customer receives a product that meets any of the following criteria, they are eligible for return or exchange:

– The product is used, altered, or defective.
– Physical or in-transit damage to the product is observed.
– A branded product is received with the seal opened.
– The package is empty, or some items or accessories are missing.
– A significant difference is found between the product received and the description on the Xplozer.com website.

Customers are not eligible for return/exchange if:

– The product is deemed “no longer needed” by the customer.
– The customer attempted to handle an industrial product and caused any tear or damage.
– Made-to-order products will not be returned.


Guidelines for Return/Exchange:

– For products purchased on Xplozer.com, the customer must inform the Xplozer Customer Care team within 48 hours of product delivery in case of any concerns.
– Customers must share a video with the Customer Care team while opening the package in case of an empty package or quantity issue.
– Customers need to share 7-8 images of the complete product, product packaging/box (outer & inner), and shipment label while raising the return or replacement request.
– In the case of industrial goods, returns will be accepted only if the product is wrong, defective, or damaged.
– For faulty electronics products, customers need to contact the nearest service center for repair/replacement.
– All products must be in new and unopened condition with all original packaging, tags, inbox literature, warranty/guarantee card, freebies, and accessories intact, including keys, straps, and locks.
– Xplozer.com will endeavor to process customer refunds within 7 (seven) working days from the date of the request made to the Customer Care team.

– Tapes, Adhesives, Sealants, Welding, Paints & Coatings, Lubricants, Coolants & Industrial Oils
– Abrasives
– Cleaning Equipment
– Electricals
– Lighting and Luminaries
– Measurement & Testing

Product Type:

– Lubricants, greases, oils, waxes, polishes & other liquids: No return policy against any issue.
– Adhesives (all liquids), hazardous materials, and lubricants: No return policy.
– Abrasive Powders & Pastes: No return.
– Floor Polishers / Cleaning Sprays: No return.
– Refunds will not be initiated on electrical / Electronic products / large appliances.
– All types of Lights are non-returnable.
– Calibration related issues should be handled by the Supplier / Manufacturer directly.

Note: Xplozer.com is always dedicated to assisting customers. If a customer fails to understand the working of a product, they can contact the Xplozer customer care team either through email or phone. If a customer receives a defective product after the first-time exchange, Xplozer will connect the customer with the Supplier/Brand to troubleshoot the issue.
